New marmalade, made with bitter organges and lemons - I am always being asked for a marmalade with no alcohol in it and not everyone likes Cinnamon so I made this Orange & Lemon Marmalade. Not exactly a new or ground breaking recipe, but I did use a new technique (big secret).....
